Root and Reins: Equine-Guided Wellness & Somatic Experience
Root and Reins offers a structured, somatically informed sequence of two equine-led groundwork sessions designed to support deep, embodied transformation. This experience draws inspiration from Natural Lifemanship® and other relational and somatic frameworks, integrating principles of neuroscience, attachment, and body-based awareness to promote regulation, connection, and emotional integration.
Each session is individually tailored to your goals—whether focused on nervous system healing, emotional literacy, or strengthening trust and relational attunement through partnership with the horse.
